Forex and CFD trading is high-risk

Foreign exchange (forex) and contracts for difference (CFDs) are leveraged products. Trading them carries a high level of risk and is not suitable for everyone. You should make sure you understand how these products work, and whether you can afford the risk of losing money, before you trade.

Leverage cuts both ways

Leverage lets you control a large position with a small deposit. It multiplies your gains, but it multiplies your losses in exactly the same way. Depending on your broker and account type, your losses can exceed the money you deposited.

Past performance means nothing

Any results shown on this site — past trade ideas, historical win rates, backtests, or performance figures — describe the past. They do not predict, guarantee, or even suggest what will happen to future trades.

Markets can move faster than you can react

Market conditions can change abruptly. Price gaps, slippage, and thin liquidity can all produce a worse outcome than a stop-loss level implies. A stop order limits risk; it does not eliminate it.

Only risk money you can afford to lose

Never trade with money you need for living expenses, debt repayment, or anything else you cannot afford to lose entirely. Trading capital should be money whose complete loss would not affect your life.

You make every trading decision

You are solely responsible for your own position sizing, risk management, and every decision you make with your trading account. tawaqa.ai does not place trades, manage your account, or take responsibility for the outcome of any trade you enter.

Statutory risk warning

Some regulators require an exact, mandated risk-warning statement on pages like this one — often including a specific percentage of retail accounts that lose money with a given provider. That statement is not yet included here.
